Allen Katz is a highly experienced staffing and recruiting professional with a career spanning over 30 years. As the CEO of First Search, Inc., he has been helping clients find exceptional talent since 1984. With a proprietary assessment process, Katz and his team place 1 out of every 3.4 candidates interviewed, saving hiring managers valuable time and money by delivering quality, high-performing employees from the start.

Katz is also focused on working with Salesforce Partners to prevent mis-hires and educate them in talent sourcing and management to maximize organizational success.
