Senior Campus Recruiter

The Practice Talent Coordinator's primary responsibility is to manage the recruiting process, including both in-office interviews and campus events/job fairs. He works closely with departmental leadership to develop a recruiting and new hire strategic plan. The talent coordinator works along side key university personnel and campus representatives during the recruiting process. Other responsibilities include sourcing candidates from a variety of sources such as online job boards, LinkedIn, and other social media vehicles, and managing the firm's candidate pipeline for both experienced hire and on-campus candidates. The Practice Talent Coordinator conducts the initial screening and then facilitates the screening and interview process through the firm and appropriate department.

Practice Talent Coordinator

Prepared variety of tax returns and tax projects for individuals, businesses, non-profit organizations, and trusts. Also, worked on a variety of consulting and bookkeeping projects. Worked with clients to resolve tax compliance issues and coordinated with national and state governing agencies to ensure Saville clients were in tax compliance and good standing with those agencies.
