Dr. Allen Chen is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in Bioengineering and Project Management.
He holds a B.S. in Bioengineering with an Undergraduate Business Minor from Rice University and a Ph.D. in Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering from the same institution.
Additionally, Dr. Chen has participated in the International Chinese Language Program at National Taiwan University and earned a DCPM as a Duke Certified Project Management Professional from Duke University.
