Allen Chen

Allen Chen is a highly educated professional with a diverse background in bioengineering and project management.

He completed his B.S. in Bioengineering with an Undergraduate Business Minor at Rice University before pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Bioengineering/Biomedical Engineering at the same institution.

In addition to his domestic education, Allen broadened his horizons by participating in the International Chinese Language Program at National Taiwan University.

Complementing his technical expertise, he also obtained a DCPM (Duke Certified Project Management Professional) from Duke University, showcasing his commitment to honing various skill sets.
