Alla Kagan

Alla Kagan is a Senior Corporate Paralegal with extensive experience in various areas of law. She completed the Lawyer’s Assistant Program from the University of San Diego, where she studied Paralegal, Corporation Law, Civil Litigation, Family Law, Criminal Law, Probate, Trusts and Wills, and Bankruptcy. Prior to that, she also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering from the USSR's Mogilev Technological Institute.

Kagan has worked with several prominent law firms, including Cooley LLP, where she currently holds her position as a Senior Corporate Paralegal. She has also served as a Senior Corporate Paralegal at Goodwin Procter LLP and Heller Ehrman LLP. In each of these roles, Kagan has showcased her excellent communication skills, organization, and attention to detail.
