Alisha Kennedy
Alisha Kennedy is the Head of the commercial litigation team at Talbot Sayer Lawyers, specializing in contractual disputes, intellectual property disputes, corporate disputes, and debt recovery.
She is an expert in corporate insolvency and bankruptcy, holding the position of Chair of the Turnaround Management Association NextGen Committee (Qld).
Alisha has a diverse client portfolio, including large companies, founders, financial institutions, liquidators, bankruptcy trustees, and directors, assisting them in various aspects of commercial dispute resolution and insolvency proceedings.
