Tomer Weissman
Tomer Weissman is a Partner and co-manager of EBN's Litigation department, specializing in complex commercial litigation for foreign clients.
His extensive litigation practice includes high-stakes commercial disputes such as M&A, shareholder disputes, securities, antitrust, and tender related proceedings.
He has a background of representing corporations and individuals in civil and administrative litigation across various legal instances, arbitration, and mediation.
Tomer graduated top of his class at Tel Aviv University and holds an LLM from NYU Law School, where he was a Hauser Scholar.
Prior to his current role, he gained valuable experience as a law clerk for the Honorable Justice Beinisch at the Supreme Court of Israel and as an associate at Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York.
