Alicia Rockmore

Alicia Rockmore is the President of Zinc Collective, a Democratic organization focused on recruiting, developing, and retaining diverse talent.12 She serves as a treasurer on the board of Defending Digital Campaigns.3 Rockmore is also a Democratic National Committee (DNC) At-Large Member and sits on the DNC Budget and Finance Committee.12

Prior to co-founding Zinc Collective, Rockmore had a successful career as a marketer and entrepreneur. She founded companies such as Spark Actions, a progressive millennial engagement platform, and Buttoned Up, which helped busy women get organized.12 She was also a senior CPG marketer at Unilever and General Mills, where she was named an Ad Age Top 100 Marketer.2

Rockmore holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in economics and accounting from Claremont McKenna College.1 She lives in Los Angeles, California, with her husband, Adam.12
