Alicia Johnson
Alicia Johnson is an experienced emergency manager with over 20 years of expertise in disaster preparedness, risk and crisis communications, business continuity, and on-the-ground disaster response. Johnson grew up in a family of retail pharmacists and is passionate about strengthening the essential business backbone of communities. She founded Two Lynchpin Road and developed the Ready For Anything Framework, specializing in custom disaster plans and practical foresight for organizations. Johnson has worked on disasters, including the COVID-19 pandemic, Hurricane Sandy, CA Wildfires, and the Napa Earthquake. She studied National Preparedness Leadership Initiative Executive Education Program at Harvard University and earned her MPA in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver. Johnson served as Director of Emergency Management at the University of California, Berkeley, and held positions at the West Big Data Innovation Hub, the City and County of San Francisco, and the Salt Lake Urban Area Security Initiative.
