Alice Huang is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background. She pursued Economics and Mathematics at both the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her Bachelor of Arts and the University of Oxford as part of the Visiting Student Programme at St Edmund Hall. Furthermore, she obtained a Master's degree in Global Affairs from Tsinghua University and later pursued a Doctor of Philosophy in Agricultural and Resource Economics at the prestigious University of California, Berkeley.
Throughout her career, Alice has gained valuable experience in economic consulting and research. She has held various positions at NERA Economic Consulting, starting as an Associate Analyst and advancing to become an Analyst and Research Associate. Her contributions in these roles have showcased her expertise in economic analysis and research.
Prior to her work at NERA, Alice served as a Fulbright Scholar, where she further honed her skills and knowledge in her field. Additionally, she has demonstrated her leadership abilities as the Executive Director of Students for Students International, emphasizing her commitment to educational endeavors.
Alice's academic journey also includes time as a Summer Research Assistant at Peking University China Center for Health Economic Research, where she engaged in research activities related to health economics. Her academic and professional experiences have equipped her with a well-rounded skill set and a strong foundation in economics, mathematics, global affairs, and agricultural economics.
