Alice Bybee

Alice Bybee is the Director of Brand Design at Lattice, a position she has held since November 2022. She previously served as a Senior Brand Design Manager at the same company from August 2021 to November 2022. In her current role, Alice focuses on translating Lattice's brand story into compelling visual experiences while collaborating closely with the marketing team to achieve strategic goals.12

Her career spans various notable roles in brand design and creative direction. Before joining Lattice, Alice worked at Slack as a Senior Manager of Brand Design from July 2018 to July 2021, where she led design teams and collaborated on strategic branding initiatives. She also held the position of Creative Director at Tomorrow Partners from November 2015 to June 2018, managing creative direction for global clients and mentoring design staff.1

Alice's earlier experience includes roles at Iron Creative, where she was a Creative Director, and at Anthem Worldwide, where she worked as a Design Director. Her extensive background also includes leadership positions at AIGA San Francisco, where she served as President from June 2010 to June 2012.1

In terms of education, Alice holds a BFA in Graphic Design from the Academy of Art University and a BA in Sociology from Brandeis University.1
