Alfredo excels in Relationships Building, Diversity Management, and Conflict Resolution, capable of fostering strategic alliances and cohesive teams grounded in trust and empowerment.

Starting as the U.S. Navy's Ordnance Team Leader on the USS Theodore Roosevelt, Alfredo moved to leadership positions in private security contractor firms in locations like Iraq and Afghanistan. His responsibilities included managing transportation & weapons equipment, employee training for the U.S. Embassy, route reconnaissance, and overseeing culturally diverse teams up to 50 members.
