Alexis Herrera

Alexis Herrera is a PhD student specializing in 20th and 21st-century U.S. Latina/o/x history, culture, and politics at Duke University. Her research interests include U.S. Latinx cultural studies, film and media theory, critical and cultural theory, history of science and technology, and psychoanalysis. Alexis holds a Master's degree in Information and Science and Technology Studies from the University of Michigan, where she also pursued her Bachelor's degree in Sociology.
