    Lauren's career has seen her take on various roles in renowned organizations, including being a Project Manager for Corporate Relations at the World Resources Institute and having served in several capacities at Chemonics International, from Senior Project Manager for Economic Growth and Trade to Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate for the East and Southern Africa region.

    She has also worked at Tetra Tech, International Development Services on the African and Latin American Resilience to Climate Change Project, the International Labour Organization (ILO) focusing on Employment and Labor Markets in the Andean Region, and at the Organization of American States in the Department of Economic Development, Trade, and Tourism.

    Lauren Redfield has a strong research background having been a Grant Recipient and Independent Researcher for Familias en Accion and Women's Empowerment at The Andrew W. Mellon Foundation, and involved in Outreach and Research for the International Models Project on Women's Rights at the American Bar Association.

    She also has internship experience having interned for the Director of Giras de Estudio at Servicio Nacional de Turismo.
