Alexandria Brannick is a PhD candidate with a focus on the evolution of feeding ecologies in fossil marsupial relatives, morphology, and phylogenetic relationships of mammals. She has a strong interest in science communication and making scientific concepts more accessible to a wider audience.
Her educational background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Biology with a specialization in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology and Paleontology from the University of Washington. She also holds a Master of Science (MS) in Biological Sciences focusing on Macroevolutionary Biology and Paleontology from Marshall University and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Geology and Environmental Geosciences from Lafayette College.
