Alexandre Fallon

Alexandre Fallon is a seasoned litigation lawyer with a diverse practice covering areas such as commercial litigation, class actions, arbitration, insolvency and restructuring, administrative law, constitutional law, consumer protection, environmental law, regulatory compliance, and aboriginal law. With a strong focus on adherence to the Québec Charter of the French Language, he brings a wealth of experience to his legal work.

His educational background includes an LL. M. in Law from the Université de Sherbrooke, a Master II in Law from the University of Montpellier, an LL. B. in Law from the Université de Sherbrooke, and studies in Law at Aarhus Universitet, Denmark. During his legal studies, he gained practical experience as a law clerk for The Honourable Justice Léo Daigle of the Québec Superior Court and as a teaching assistant for notable professors in the field.

Throughout his career, Alexandre has been associated with prestigious organizations such as Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he currently holds the position of Partner. He has also served as an Associate at the same firm and as a Lecturer at Université de Montréal. Additionally, he has gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the Courts Administration Service within the Government of Canada.
