Alexandre Bernardoni

Alexandre Bernardoni is a seasoned technology entrepreneur with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance people's lives and drive business growth. With a degree in Computer Science from IME-USP, he embarked on his entrepreneurial journey in the nascent days of the Internet in Brazil, leading the founding of numerous successful technology companies spanning various domains like SaaS, software development, infrastructure, and marketing. Alexandre has a proven track record in creating innovative products and services amidst significant industry shifts, including the rise of e-commerce, social networks, cloud computing, and artificial intelligence.

Throughout his career, Alexandre has primarily served as a Director of Technology and Product, overseeing the building and scaling of technology and product teams comprising over 90 professionals. He has been instrumental in developing mission-critical SaaS solutions that have garnered millions of users. His competencies encompass leadership, agile methodologies, software development, testing, devops, product management, user experience, cloud computing, and SaaS, supplemented by strategic expertise in lean startup methodologies, innovation, communication, finance, and corporate culture.

Beyond his operational roles, Alexandre is deeply involved in the startup ecosystem as a mentor and advisor, guiding early-stage ventures in achieving product-market fit and scaling effectively. He has provided mentorship to various institutions and startups, including Fiesp, Fapesp, Poli-USP, Startup Farm, and Topster. Alexandre is also a co-founder and advisor of ABRIA, the Brazilian Association of Artificial Intelligence, aimed at nurturing technical and business professionals and fostering the AI ecosystem in Brazil.
