Alexandra Hallock

Alexandra Hallock was the Chief Operating Officer at Cause Strategy Partners, a company focused on supporting nonprofit organizations.1 She had over a decade of experience driving impact through innovation and delivery of services in the nonprofit sector.2

Hallock was known for her tireless advocacy for nonprofit organizations in the United States and charities in the United Kingdom.1 Her work primarily centered on helping nonprofits build infrastructure and governance capacity to achieve their social justice missions.1

Before joining Cause Strategy Partners, Hallock worked at Taproot Foundation, where she supported hundreds of nonprofits.1 She then became the first full-time employee at Cause Strategy Partners before rising to the position of Chief Operating Officer.1

Tragically, Alexandra Hallock passed away at the age of 37 due to NUT carcinoma cancer.1 Her legacy continues through the Alexandra Hallock Capacity Building Grant for Small Nonprofits, which was established to support small nonprofits with budgets under $400,000.1 This grant, set to launch in early 2025, will provide financial support, consulting services, and various resources to help strengthen and empower grassroots organizations.1
