Jody Gold is an experienced consultant and facilitator who helps teams tackle complex challenges and outperform the competition. With an MS in Organization Development from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor's degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University, Gold has worked with several organizations in various capacities. She currently serves as a Senior Consultant & Facilitator at Matrix Leadership Institute, where she helps teams build strong relational infrastructures, improve their performance, and increase productivity. Gold has also served as a Program Manager at VisionLink Software & Consulting, a Director of Systems Strengthening at The MedSurplus Alliance, and a Facilitator at Verus Global Inc. She has also worked as a consultant at 3P Impact Consulting, a coach at College Excel, a project manager at Gold Solutions, and a salesperson at VisionLink. Before transitioning into consulting, Gold worked as a math/science/English teacher at several institutions, including Aspen Community School, Friends' School, and Yale China Association in China.
