He brings over seven years of experience from McKinsey & Company, where he worked with various industries, including finance, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, construction materials, and digital. Fischer excels in reformulating business strategies, organizational redesign, and post-merger integrations. In his last two years at McKinsey, Fischer focused on developing digital expertise, leading a team of data scientists, engineers, and architects to create advanced analytics tools. He designed digital operating models and organizations following Spotify's agile organization approach, defined a new digital blueprint, and led a three-year transformation.

Fischer's academic background includes an MSc in Management with a focus on Finance with Strong Merit from the London School of Economics and Political Science. He also completed an MSc in CEMS from Copenhagen Business School and a BSc in Business Administration and Management from the European Business School and Singapore Management University.
