Alexander Baranov

Alexander Baranov is a business leader and expert in the field of human resources with a diverse background in management, psychology, and engineering. He studied psychology at the Higher School of Economics, acquiring a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and motivation. He continued his academic journey by studying at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (Technical University), where he obtained a specialization in electrical engineering for flying machines. Later on, he studied MBA in management at the International Institute of Management Link.

Baranov's professional experience spans across different industries, including retail, telecommunications, and consulting. He began his career as Head of T&D at MegaFon and transitioned to various leadership positions in HR departments of several companies, including Eldorado LLC, National Service Company LLC, M.Video, Sed'moy Kontinent, and COMFY consumer electronics retail. He also served as CEO of Академия Тренингов and Senior Partner at IRIDA. Currently, Baranov is a Managing Partner at Angel-A.
