At Microsoft, Alexa spearheaded various initiatives such as global diverse communities, diversity hiring strategies, company-wide Diversity trainings, Onboarding optimization, and modernized Interview Processes.

She is recognized for her achievements, including being listed in BusinessCloud's 301 Female Tech Trailblazers (2018-2020) and 101 Female Founders in 2017 as well as being nominated for Computer Weekly's Most Influential Women in the UK.

Alexa finds energy in executing foundational programs that deeply impact stakeholders, fostering efficiency and connected experiences.

She excels in strategizing, problem-solving, fostering collaborations, building relationships across teams and geographies, and driving clarity through effective communication.

With a passion for creating impactful and inclusive experiences, Alexa also enjoys coaching others to aid in their learning and growth.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in English, Philosophy, Business, Ethics from St Helen’s School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science, Linguistics from the University of Sussex.

Alexa's professional journey includes roles such as Senior Program Manager - Global Talent Acquisition, Global Diversity Program Manager, and Talent Sourcing Lead at Microsoft, among others.

She has also founded Codess and held positions at Skype, Globeq, and Orgtel.
