•	Prepared and managed proforma operating statements and budgets necessary to support and justify the economic feasibility of three multifamily and townhome projects
•	Headed land disturbance and building permitting processes for assigned projects, obtaining on-schedule approvals through successful coordination with both city and county regulatory agencies
