Alex Richards is a procurement and logistics professional with vast experience in the construction, retail, and service industries. He holds a Master's degree in Global Logistics, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management with an Emphasis in Supply Chain Management from Brigham Young University. He is also a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado in Business Administration.
Early in his career, Alex worked as a Labor Foreman at South Valley Dry Wall, followed by a Floor Sales Consultant role at New Balance the Store, and a Representative position at LDS Service. Later, he went on to become an Office Manager and then a Playground Installation Engineer at Playco Park Builders. He then served as General Manager at Remember Flags and Frames before joining Shea Homes, where he worked as National Purchasing Specialist and later moved up to Senior National Purchasing Specialist.
Alex's expertise lies in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain management. He is experienced in overseeing the purchase of materials essential to the construction industry and is skilled in supplier relationship management. Besides his professional accomplishments, Alex is dedicated to community service and volunteering with LDS Service.
