Eric Weinstein has over 20 years of experience in residential development and real estate, specializing in project management, purchasing, and field operations management. He earned his degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University and professional certificates from University of California Irvine in Residential Development Marketing and Construction Development Management. In addition, Eric recently earned his MBA from Colorado State University. Throughout his career, Eric has worked in construction operations, including purchasing, project management, and field operations development in multiple markets. Notably, Eric has served as the National Purchasing Director at Shea Homes and Operations Manager at Sopris Homes. He is also a proud volunteer and former Builder Captain at HomeAid OC Volunteer.
