A business we bought in December 2019 with a mission to enrich people’s lives by introducing them to Peruvian culture. Our pioneering restaurant, Ceviche (Soho), became the first of its kind in the UK and introduced Peruvian cuisine to London and to many chefs, cooks and diners around the world. The company comprises two distinct brands: Ceviche and Andina. Ceviche focuses on the dishes of Peru’s coast and its capital Lima, while Andina celebrates on the ancient cooking the Peruvian Andes.

A virtual reality bar business like no other. The company was founded in 2018 and opened its first site under a railway arch in London's East End early 2019 with big plans to scale up globally.

I am a founding investor in TiPJAR - a business with a mission to make tipping direct and transparent. We want to change the world of tipping forever & make tipping fairer for the worker, more transparent for the customer & less painful for the business. We have created digital platform that makes it easy for customers to tip with their smartphones. Powered by QR codes, NFC as well as a contactless fixed value tipping terminal designed for QSR, Coffee Shop Counters and wet led environments.

Maray is a Middle-Eastern-inspired restaurant and bar business. Founded in the summer of 2014 out of a desire to bring back a piece of Paris’ 4th arrondissement to Liverpool. It serves sharing plates inspired by the flavours of the Middle East alongside great cocktails and wine.
