He has successfully managed outsourced services, deployed content management solutions, conducted Azure cloud migrations, and executed rapid prototyping projects resulting in significant cost savings and operational efficiencies.

Alex's technical skills span across a range of CRM systems including InterAction, Salesforce, and MS Dynamics, various Content Management Systems (CMS) such as SharePoint and Interwoven, expertise in Cloud Migrations to Azure and Office 365, proficiency in ERP systems like Oracle and SAP, knowledge of Manufacturing and Engineering systems, and experience with Service Management Tools like ServiceNow and Altiris.
