Being a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards, Alex has spoken at World Economic Forum events like the Annual Summit in Davos and the WEF on Africa Summit, focusing on global trends in the fourth industrial revolution and the future workforce.

He is actively involved as a member of the International Business Council, aiding in addressing global business challenges alongside 100 global chief executives.

Alex is passionate about driving transformational business strategies, achieving M&A synergies, improving organizational capabilities, and delivering large-scale business improvement programs at Kearney, where he finds joy in the client journey and valued relationships.
