Daniel Sobol
Daniel Sobol is a versatile human-centered design expert who has shaped the future of multiple organizations and improved people's lives through services and experiences. With his creativity, empathy, and systems thinking, he has led multi-disciplinary teams and created innovative solutions for complex global challenges. Sobol completed his Bachelor of Arts in Performance Studies at Brown University, his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and studied at the Moscow Art Theatre School.
His professional experience spans across various industries, including consulting, design strategy, research, and product management. Sobol has worked as an Expert Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where he has led the Innovation & Design team of Advanced Digital & Product (ADAPT). He has also served as a Senior Design Lead and Design Strategist at IDEO.org, where he collaborated with partners to design practical solutions that address complex social issues. Sobol has additionally interned at Samsung Accelerator as an MBA Intern in Product Management and worked as a Design Strategist at Continuum. In his academic career, Sobol has conducted research as a Research Associate in Anthropology at Brown University's Watson Institute for International Studies and previously held the position of Project Manager and Lead Researcher at Hogar del Niño.
