Alex Castellanos is a highly experienced professional whose expertise lies in helping teams understand and empathize with users to improve products, refine services, learn about new markets, and strategize development. He gained his Bachelor's degree in Business Admin from College of Charleston and completed his Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business. In addition, Alex Castellanos studied Investment Banking Analyst Training at the Swiss Finance Academy.

At GfK, he served as Senior Director, and at Narrative 20/20 as Founder. Furthermore, he gained valuable experience as Deputy Strategist for Jon Huntsman for President and as an Analyst at Innisfree.
