Alex Candee is a highly experienced educator and talent acquisition specialist, with a strong passion for developing human potential. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Keene State College, and a Master's Degree in Science from Quinnipiac University.

Candee has worked in various roles across the education and recruitment sectors, and has made significant contributions in each position he has held. He served as a 4th and 5th-grade teacher with Teach for America before transitioning to Explore Schools, where he worked in several capacities, including Director of Recruitment, Director of School Culture, and Senior Director of Culture.

Currently, Candee is the Director of Talent Acquisition and Development at EquityZen, an investment firm that allows investors to access and invest in privately-held companies. He has also previously worked as the Senior Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist at EquityZen.
