After the 2008 financial crisis, Alessandro transitioned to entrepreneurship, co-founding EthicalFin in 2015 to bring ethics back into finance and drive sustainable initiatives globally.

He leads a team of purpose-driven professionals at EthicalFin, where they provide impact advisory services, capital introductions, and investment strategies promoting sustainability.
