Alena Geydt is an accomplished HR Director with over 19 years of experience in leading entire HR functions for international companies in the financial and real sectors of the economy. She has supervised up to 75 direct reports and is experienced in labor law procedures, C&B, T&D, recruitment & assessment, payroll, and top management consulting on HR questions.
