Kristen Stockton is an accomplished executive consultant, coach, and strategic advisor with a passion for developing successful leaders and organizations. With a Master's degree in Arts and Education from American University, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from West Chester University of Pennsylvania, Stockton has served various capacities in different organizations, including Vice President and Founder at JASKAP Consulting and Coaching, Senior Business Consultant and Coach at Progression Partners, Senior Consultant and Executive Coach at SHAMBAUGH Leadership, Associate Director, Regional HR, Human Resources, Corporate Responsibility and DEI Leader, and Manager, Workplace Solutions, all at KPMG US.

Stockton's expertise lies in organizational development, retention, communication, and change efforts. She has led successful succession planning efforts for various organizations, coached CEOs, COOs, and CHROs, and designed and facilitated comprehensive HR assessments for Fortune 500 organizations. Her experience also includes talent development, performance management, and employee engagement, among others.

As the founder of JASKAP Consulting, Stockton is passionate about guiding and supporting business leaders in creating organizations that inspire and engage people, build customer loyalty, and improve the marketplace.
