During this time I have worked with different clients like British Airways, OKTA, Sensormatic/TYCO/Johnson Controls, Davivienda, Protección, Fiserv, and different internal initiatives like Design Center, Road2DesignStudio, UXLive/Design Jam sessions, Mentoring, Leadership, Pre-sales, and gatekeeping.   

Mentor, coach, and lead other designers, and designers wanna-be.
Perform design technical interviews for new Glober candidates as a Globant Gatekeeper.
Led the design team from my last couple of projects, helped to unblock them, product strategy, and also helped with the direction for the deliverables.

Project Xtiva:
Xtiva On Demand (Business Intelligence / Business Analysis App)

- Front-End developer (SASS, Angular.js, HTML5, JavaScript, Jquery, Bootstrap).
- UI and UX Designer.
- Create and maintain the metadata(JSON) for each widget, dashboard, and functionality.
- In charge of introducing "rapid prototyping" and "Lean UX" inside our KANBAN process.
- In charge of upgrade the design(styles and layout) for the application.
- Release team member.
- In charge of creating the rules and automate the process for the SCSS linter.
- Use git-flow strategy for git repository (SourceTree, Bitbucket).

- Customer relationship throughout the full SDL (Software Development Lifecycle)

- Back-end developer (PHP, MySQL, and LAMP).
- Handle Git and SVN repositories.
- Software maintenance, and customer support.
