Alejandra Castelao is a seasoned Industrial and Spatial Experience Design Manager with over 15 years of experience in collaborating with Fortune 500 companies and startups to materialize their concepts. With a solid academic background holding a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design and a Master of Fine Arts in Interdisciplinary Design, Alejandra excels in crafting experiences blending digital, physical, and immersive elements. Previously serving as Accenture Song's NA Industrial Design Craft Lead and Connected Products & Spaces team Director, she led diverse teams through various projects spanning physical and immersive realms, from concept to consumer launch. Alejandra's expertise extends to extended reality (XR) creative direction, where she contributed significantly to XR experience design for immersive platforms. Before her tech ventures, Alejandra honed her skills designing furniture and interior spaces, notably for boutique hotels and restaurants. Her industry tenure includes significant roles at Accenture Song, frog design, Forward, Dolby Laboratories, and other prestigious establishments.
