Alec Lee is the CEO of Endless West, a food technology startup based in San Francisco that specializes in creating alcoholic beverages using a scientific approach. He co-founded the company in 2016, along with Mardonn Chua and sommelier Josh Decolongon, and is known for developing Glyph, the world's first molecular whiskey, which is crafted note-by-note from pure molecules sourced from nature.
