She obtained her Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the prestigious University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business, after earning a BA from Oakland University and an MA from University of Detroit Mercy. Prior to obtaining her MBA, Ale worked at renowned companies such as GLG, DayBlink Consulting and Fidelity Investments where she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience. Ale's most recent role was at HONO.ai as the Head of Sales.
