Alana Schmidt

Alana Schmidt is a prominent leader in the Athena Alliance, a community of distinguished women in business. She serves as the Director of Member Success and plays a critical role in helping top-performing women realize and leverage their membership to its full potential. Through her adept navigation of cross-functional teams and understanding of members' goals and behaviors, Alana facilitates the creation of powerful connections between women leaders and guides them through their coaching journeys.

Starting her career in media and arts, Alana gained extensive experience as an Account Executive within several companies such as Pandora Media, Inc. and Demandforce. She also honed her project management skills as a former Project and Youth Outreach Director and Editor for Waves Not Plastic.org. Her expertise in customer success and member success management is further evidenced by her work as the Manager and Director of these teams at Athena Alliance. Additionally, she served as Operations Manager at Suyo Cabañas Popoyo Nicaragua, a resort in Central America, and as an Executive and Personal Assistant to Diana Stobo LLC, a health and wellness consultant.

Alana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies and Visual Arts from the University of San Francisco. Her diverse background in media, arts, and business administration make her a powerful contributor and leader in any industry.
