Alan McClure is a prominent figure in the craft chocolate industry, having founded Patric Chocolate in 2006 and played a significant role in the craft chocolate revolution in the US.
Aside from his success with Patric Chocolate, Alan also co-founded the Craft Chocolate Makers of America (CCMA) and served as its chair for 6 years, contributing to the growth and development of the industry as a whole.
