Responsibilities include directing the Office of Enrollment Management which oversees the Office of Undergraduate Admissions, Office of Graduate Admissions, Office of Student Financial Services, Office of International Students and Scholars, Customer Service Center and the Registrar's Office.  Responsible for development and implementation of a national student recruitment plan to increase applications and financial aid strategy to improve the quality of enrolled students for all Undergraduate Colleges and 3 Graduate Colleges including summer sessions.  Conduct short and long range enrollment forecasting.  Oversee an effective communication plan and coordinate with the Office of Marketing and Communication to create admission publications, website and advertising.  Collaborate with the Division of Student Affairs for housing needs of incoming students.  Manage a total budget of $173 million dollars ($12 million for salary/department expenses and $161 million dollars for financial aid).  Serve on Cabinet Committee of senior members, the Executive Planning Committee, the NCAA Steering Committee and the Student Engagement Task Force.

St. John's University

Vice President of Enrollment Management

Reported to the Dean of the School of Continuing and Professional
Studies.  Responsibilities included directing the Office of Enrollment Services that oversees the Office of Admissions, Office of Student Enrollment Services, Call Center and the Testing Center to meet the enrollment goals of the School.  Collaborated with other constituencies of SCPS to integrate marketing, fulfillment, and enrollment activities.  Developed strategic plan to convert inquiries into enrolled students via effective recruitment activities and use of financial aid.  Established a customer-driven, responsive, problem-solving environment with a strong service ethic for prospective students.  Managed a total Enrollment Services budget of $1.2 million dollars.  Served on the Dean's Full Cabinet.

Executive Director of Enrollment Services

Reported to the Assistant Vice President of Enrollment Services.  Responsibilities included coordinating the strategic recruitment plan for the University's six study abroad locations in Buenos Aires, Florence, London, Madrid, Paris and Prague.   This entailed processing 1,300 applications for the study abroad and the Freshman Year in Florence programs to enroll 750 students per semester.  Analyzed the enrollment trends to determine acceptance targets and implementing innovative planning for recruitment.  Coordinated the on-campus recruitment events and the off-campus yield events.  Developed publications and managed a publication budget of $400,000. Supervised a  7 member staff and 10 work-study students, which included hiring, training, and completing performance evaluations. Directed the daily operations of the office and coordinate staff development. Worked closely with other members of the University's administration to employ retention strategies and assist with site management of resources while serving as a liaison to the University Global Programs Admissions and Enrollment Committee.

Director of Study Abroad Admissions

Managed all aspects of recruitment strategies for the NYU campus located; Administered mailings to prospective students and cultivation of the applicant pool. Expanded target markets, and implemented the marketing plan. Coordinated European travel efforts.  Admissions functions included arranging and conducting on and off site recruitment and yield activities, application review, interviewing candidates and participation in enrollment management and planning. Assisted with special exchange student and summer admissions application review. Served as a liaison with the Center for International Students and Scholars and Academic Deans.

Senior Assistant Director of Admissions

Associate Director of Admission - Served as the primary coordinator of staff development and the Admissions planning calendar.  Specific duties included supervising 6 Assistant Directors of Admission and 3 undergraduate interns while serving as the external representative for the Dean of Admission and Financial Aid in his absence.  Created staff strategies in the recruitment and retention of multicultural students and organized high school academic enrichment programs and high school group visitations.

of $175,000.  Served as the primary traveler and reviewer of applicants within the recruitment territory of Maryland,
