Creative Director

Al Taylor is a highly experienced and award-winning creative director with a broad range of skills and expertise. He has an extensive background in crafting compelling campaigns and content for some of the world's most recognized brands and building consumer-centric digital platforms, products, and services that are highly usable, engaging, and relevant.

With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from the Arts Institute at Bournemouth and a merit in Foundation Studies, Art, Design, and Media from the Surrey Institute of Art and Design, Al Taylor has honed his skills across many media. He has experience in directing and producing film, photography, 3D, and animation as well as inspiring, managing, and mentoring cross-functional teams across social, UX, art direction, user-centered responsive design, testing, production, R&D, and technology.

Al Taylor spent three years as the Global Digital Creative Director at Spark44 for Jaguar Land Rover where he worked across every channel. He also founded digital agency Collective London and spent over 12 years as a hands-on Creative Director working on a wide range of effective and award-winning work for BBC, Honda, Channel 4, Orange, Microsoft, Gatorade, SEGA, Innocent Drinks, EA Games, and JCB.

With an emphasis on simplicity and a channel-agnostic approach, Al believes in collaborating with clients as a trusted partner. He believes that the best creative process comes from understanding the client's business, brand, and most importantly, their consumers. As a result, he creates products and content that people genuinely want to interact with.
