Starting as a software developer, Al co-founded a Software Services company that later transitioned into an ISV, catering to Law Enforcement agencies at various government levels.

With a track record of success, Al led the company as President and CEO through acquisitions, including one by IBM's Smarter Cities Division.

Throughout his career, Al has managed teams of 100+ software professionals, blending skills in sales, services, and development to drive growth and innovation.

Currently, Al serves as a Mentor In Residence at Tech Launch Arizona, collaborating with top-tier researchers to commercialize cutting-edge technologies for societal advancement.
