Akiva Resnikoff

Akiva Resnikoff is the founder of a CPG brand specializing in low-carb, ketogenic-friendly, gluten-free, and diabetic-friendly on-the-go cookies born out of love for his medically challenged wife.

With a background in pastry arts, sales, and promotions in the beverage industry, Resnikoff started his cookie venture in 2009, initially crafting recipes in his mother's kitchen and later expanding to local cafes and retail stores.

His hobby grew into a successful cookie line featuring superfoods and probiotics, eventually becoming an internationally recognized brand for keto-friendly treats.

Resnikoff studied Culinary, Baking, and Pastry Arts at Laney College before venturing into roles such as a Sales Manager at Metropolis Baking Company and a Co-Founder of Sedition Magazine.

Currently, he serves as a consultant at Grovara, showcasing his expertise in business development and innovation within the food industry.
