Her career further includes roles as a Residency Program Associate, Residency Program Coordinator, and Fellows Program Assistant at Code2040. During her tenure at Code2040, she assisted in promoting social and economic equality in the tech industry. Aisha has also served as a Development Fellow at Livelyhoods and a Business Development Intern at Homeboy Recycling.
