Joe Wear is a business executive with a diverse range of experiences in startups, program management, business development, and customer consulting. He holds a BSc degree in International Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, and Finance from the University of Manchester. His passion for entrepreneurship and innovation led him to lead Manchester Entrepreneurs, a student-led entrepreneurship society.

He was part of the innovation pipeline team at Accenture and an Operations Manager at Repairly. Joe is currently an Account Executive at Segment, a cloud-based customer data platform company that helps businesses collect, clean, and control their customer data.
