Ailton Henriques

Ailton Henriques is a Brazilian/Portuguese Senior Art Director with over ten years of experience in the creative industry, working with renowned brands like Ford, Pedigree, Google, Whiskas, Snickers, and Schwarzkopf.

He has worked in various locations including Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Vancouver, and Düsseldorf, at esteemed agencies such as Pereira O'Dell, McCann Canada, TBWA, and BBDO Germany.

Ailton's work has earned accolades at prestigious events like the Cannes Lions Festival, New York Festival, Effie, and ADC Germany. He has also served as a juror at notable awards like the Webby Awards, AD Stars, and The Lovie Awards.

With a strong design background, Ailton is a co-founder of Insert Brasil, one of the major design events in Brazil. Currently, he holds the position of Senior Art Director at INNOCEAN Berlin, focusing on creating for Kia and Hyundai.

His education includes attending programs at institutions like Cannes Lions School, Rare with Google, London International Awards, ILAC, and ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, where he studied Graphic Design, Marketing, and Digital Media Creation.
