Ai Ching Goh is an accomplished entrepreneur and co-founder of Piktochart, a user-friendly web app that enables seamless creation of professional-grade visuals using themed templates for those who lack intensive graphic design experience. With an academic background in Experimental Psychology from the University of Bristol, Goh directs several key areas of Piktochart's operations and has forged an unconventional approach to steering the startup's growth. Despite deviating from conventional startup growth practices, Goh's leadership has been instrumental in shaping Piktochart's unique talent management and culture. Prior to launching Piktochart, Goh worked as a Private Equity Intern at CIMB Investment Bank and served as an Associate Media Manager at P&G.
