Ahmed Khan

Ahmed Khan is an award-winning software developer and technical lead, specializing in .NET and mobile software design with a strong focus on creating apps for enterprise clients. He has experience in the aerospace and oil industries, having worked on over 10 iPad, iPhone, and Android applications. Ahmed's expertise lies in Xamarin development, and his work has been featured on national television. He is a certified International Space Station Flight Controller, having supported over five shuttle missions to the ISS and helped troubleshoot real-time software issues onboard and in mission control during critical operations. Ahmed is also skilled in project management, having designed and implemented a SOA-based framework for mission control web tools, developed an automated global update system for Space Mission Planning, and prototyped an integrated web viewer for astronaut usage. He is familiar with CMMI, NASA contract requirements, Section 508, security clearance, Six Sigma process improvement, Agile methods, and Extreme Programming.
