Afsal Salu

Afsal Salu is a serial entrepreneur and the Co-Founder CEO of BestDoc Technology Private Limited, a company he started in November 2017.1 BestDoc focuses on intelligent Patient Relationship Management (PRM) for hospitals and healthcare providers, aiming to improve patient experience through various technological solutions.1

Prior to founding BestDoc, Afsal held several significant positions:

1. Business Head of Express Delivery and Marketplace at bigbasket.com (August 2015 - October 2017)1
2. Co-founder of Delyver.com, a hyper-local neighborhood commerce platform (February 2010 - August 2015)1
3. Senior Systems Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited (May 2004 - February 2010)1

Afsal completed his MBA in Marketing and Systems from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow (2002-2004).1 He is based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.1

Recently, Afsal has been actively involved in healthcare entrepreneurship and digital transformation. He conducted a MasterClass session on these topics at the Indian Institute of Management2 and participated in the 5th Annual International Patient Experience (IPX) Symposium in Abu Dhabi.3
